Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative strategies to attract top-tier technical talent and increase candidate diversity.
- Execute sourcing strategies for recruiting entry-level engineering talent.
- Manage and lead various recruiting initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and candidates.
- Coordinate and travel to on-campus events nationwide (heavy travel required from September-November, January-March).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts by fostering relationships with student groups and hosting impactful events.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 years of experience in technical campus recruiting, with a track record of sourcing entry-level engineering candidates.
- Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Proven success managing multiple high-volume campus recruitment initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
