Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate multi-stage interview processes, including remote and on-site scheduling.
- Manage candidate schedules and collaborate with interviewers to finalize lineups.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and collect/distribute interview feedback.
- Greet candidates and handle onsite logistics at the New York office.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage planned tasks alongside real-time demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills.
