Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Production Coordinator to help streamline operations, improve internal communication, and support the flow of our manufacturing processes. In this position, you'll work closely with Production Supervisors and Project Managers to keep timelines on track, manage production scheduling, and assist with our ERP software transition. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, is a strong communicator, and enjoys solving problems on the fly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production priorities and communicate them clearly to all relevant departments.
- Bridge the gap between Project Management and Production for high-priority and time-sensitive accounts.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.
- Support the implementation and use of our new Epicor ERP system, transitioning from Made2Manage.
- Help balance workloads between shifts to maintain productivity.
- Perform final quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards before shipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- ERP software experience preferred (Epicor is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with cross-functional teams
