AE Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Boise market by identifying target market business and work to accumulate new business to meet budget goals.
Cultivate relationships with prospective clients – through phone calls, emails, and / or meetings – and go above and beyond to ensure feelings of trust with new partnerships.
Identify the needs of current clients and their markets to build relationships to service their staffing needs accordingly through weekly calls, meetings, breaking breads, lunches, and quarterly business reviews.
Work side-by-side with a team of recruiters to service local clients with candidates by filling their open positions.
Drive accountability in team members to efficiently utilize our sourcing tools and systems to find and attract the best candidates for the appropriate positions.
Strategize and implement creative processes for daily operations.
AE Requirements :
2 years of staffing experience (in any staffing industry) is highly preferred.
2 years proven experience in new business development, sales and account management is required.
Salary :
Expected Total Compensation = $100,000 (Salary Commission)
