Summary : Conducts parts and inventory counts to verify accuracy with computer records and assists with physical inventory process.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis
Perform count of selected goods and materials on hand on a daily basis either manually or using a hand held scanner
Work with production personnel to ensure proper rotation and location of all inventory items
Work with Inventory Control Manager to perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements.
Works with team to perform month end duties as needed
Suggests improvements to inventory procedures which will lead to improved accuracy and speed of completion
Follow appropriate procedure for the inventory process which complies with audit standards
Make entries into computer system as needed to verify accuracy of current inventory levels
Reconciles vendor inventory system with our inventory system for consignment items
Monthly cycle counts
Requirements :
Must have experience in a warehouse environment working various inventory related duties
Cycle counting experience
Excellent attention to detail
Must be comfortable with heavy lifting
High school diploma or GED
Wage : $22.78-$22.78 / hr.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM
