SharePoint Developer

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is growing rapidly, and we are seeking an eager and motivated SharePoint Developer to add to the internal IT team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized SharePoint solutions and applications in a SharePoint Online environment that enhance business processes.

Pay Band - $85,000 - $129,000

You will :

• Design, write, and develop SharePoint workflows, support programs, and applications using tools like Power Automate and custom development frameworks.
• Maintain and revise existing SharePoint applications, workflows, and components to improve functionality and user experience.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within SharePoint applications and components, ensuring system stability and minimizing downtime.
• Conduct regular performance testing and optimization to enhance application efficiency and reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including the rest of the IT team, business stakeholders, and end users, to gather requirements and define, design, and deploy applications and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions that align with company objectives and client expectations.
• Configure SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring designs are aligned with organizational specifications and performance and security standards.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and approaches to enhance SharePoint application efficiency, usability, and reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging SharePoint tools and trends, incorporating best practices into development activities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of technical and functional developments, revisions, and procedures to support knowledge transfer and ensure compliance.
• Manage document libraries, sites, and other resources, ensuring secure, organized access to information.
