- Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks
- Distributes signed checks as required
- Answers vendor inquiries
- Process Purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintains all accounts payable reports and files
- Applies payments
- Researches and solves payment discrepencies
- Performs filing and copying.
- Process payroll in an accurate and timely manner
- Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations
