Qualifications:
5 years of experience in a web analytics role, with emphasis on the use of tagging across ecommerce/B2B
5 years of experience in a web analytics role, with emphasis on the use of tagging across ecommerce/B2B
Commercial in Confidence platforms
Advanced experience in delivering custom tagging/measurement in Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics configuration settings and functional options, with
the ability to translate technical platform-specific knowledge to stakeholders
Data governance knowledge and ability to create processes to accurately onboard clients to standard tracking
configurations, and effectively roll out changes and innovations to our entire client user base
You speak fluent KPI and OKR: ability to clearly articulate data-informed insights & recommendations, keeping
customer and business impacts as a focus
Sharp attention to detail and a drive for practical solutions that balance effort and result
Emphasizes a proactive approach to problem-solving, developing hypotheses to prove out, and creating actionable
insights to drive optimization
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Prior experience in a digital agency and/or the insurance/financial/pharmaceutical/government preferred
Experience with survey, cookie consent, and feedback platforms like Medallia, Optimizely, Tealium.
Strong conceptual design skills that translate user and business needs into successful digital experiences
Detailed knowledge of digital analytic platforms and research tools to drive decision making.
Demonstrated experience in working successfully in large, complex, organizations, balancing multiple assignments
and deliverables simultaneously.
Proven experience in cultivating organizational change and creating buy-in for new initiatives
