The Role:

As a Senior Project Manager at Atmos, your mission is to guide homebuyers through their pre-construction journey, ensuring every home is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with each client’s vision. You’ll be instrumental in helping people create a home that feels like it was made just for them.

Your Impact:

• Lead the process: Manage and optimize the pre-construction experience, making sure each home reflects the buyer’s personal style and needs.
• Shape the future: Work with our CEO and leadership team to influence strategy and ensure our processes are aligned with our mission.
• Manage homebuyer projects: Oversee everything from lot assessments and homebuyer communication to design team coordination and vendor timelines, ensuring each project stays true to the buyer's vision.
• Scale builder partnerships: Vet, onboard, and manage a network of builders, ensuring we have the best teams to bring each customer’s home to life.

Your Experience:

• Proven success in estimating custom homes or commercial projects.
• Expertise in assessing lot buildability.
• Comfortable working autonomously and driving results in a remote, dynamic environment.
• Skilled in using Google Sheets and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Experience working with homebuyers and vetting builders.
• Familiarity with the Charlotte market is a plus.

Collaborate With:

• Externally: Work closely with homebuyers to understand their vision, builder partners to ensure accurate pricing and timelines, and vendors like surveyors and engineers to finalize project documents.
• Internally: Collaborate with our sales, design, 3D, engineering, and product teams to ensure each home reflects the buyer’s unique personality and lifestyle.
