ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Atmosphere’s Hospitality Team is seeking a talented and motivated interior designer to expand their design service offerings. Our Hospitality Team collaborates with A&D firms and developers to create stunning and award-winning hotel, multi-family, and resort guest experiences.
The Hospitality Team has a nationwide presence, but is based in Minneapolis, MN. Qualified candidates must be able to work 4 days in-person at Atmosphere’s corporate headquarters in Minneapolis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – 20%
- Assist team with project delivery from project intake through product delivery and installation.
- Project specification checks : Coordinate flow of information between team members and clients while ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with project bidding : Well versed in cost reduction / value engineering strategies.
- Update all appropriate systems with project information, verify information entered is complete and error free.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & RELATIONSHIPS – 50%
CREATIVE – 30%
