About the role:
We are seeking a detail-orientated Graphic Designer focusing on brand identity, social media, advertising, broadcast, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a drive for storytelling through design, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
This position will report directly to the Sr. Graphic Designer in Austin, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and iterate print and digital materials for both in-house and external projects: including advertisements, social media posts, flyers, presentations, user interfaces, packaging, broadcast graphics, and more.
- Ability to translate identity guidelines, from various brands, accurately and consistently.
- Collaborate effectively with several departments, including Motion Graphics.
- Manage multiple projects under deadlines independently.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of design principles.
- Receptive to feedback and skilled at managing iterations and constructive critiques.
- Willing to share your thoughts and feedback during critiques.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a bonus.
- Proficient with Powerpoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Strong branding, identify, and typography skills.
- Understanding of broadcast design best practices.
- Proactive work ethic and self-discipline.
- Strong attention to detail
