This position will report directly to the Sr. Graphic Designer in Austin, Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and iterate print and digital materials for both in-house and external projects: including advertisements, social media posts, flyers, presentations, user interfaces, packaging, broadcast graphics, and more
- Ability to translate identity guidelines, from various brands, accurately and consistently
- Collaborate effectively with several departments, including Motion Graphics
- Manage multiple projects under deadlines independently
- Strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of design principles
- Receptive to feedback and skilled at managing iterations and constructive critiques
- Willing to share your thoughts and feedback during critiques
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a bonus
- Proficient with Powerpoint, Keynote, and Google Slides
- Strong branding, identify, and typography skills
- Understanding of broadcast design best practices
- Proactive work ethic and self-discipline
