Job Title: Speakeasy Bartender
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $5.00–$7.00/hr Nightly Tips
About Us:
ATMOSPHERE is not your average speakeasy—we’re a portal to the surreal, the stylish, and the sensory. We're looking for bartenders with spirit (and spirits) to help us launch an immersive cocktail lounge in the heart of Chattanooga.
If you're passionate about mixology, at the intersection of Art x Music —this is your moment. Our bar isn’t just a place to drink; it’s a universe unto itself. You’ll be guiding guests through sensory voyages powered by mood, and molecular-level magic.
What You'll Do:
- Craft unique, high-quality cocktails with expert-level mixology
- Provide top-tier customer service in a high-energy speakeasy setting
- Contribute to a vibrant, immersive guest experience
- Manage bar inventory, restock, and maintain cleanliness
- Handle transactions with speed and accuracy
- Promote specials and upsell premium beverages
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years bartending experience (high-end/volume preferred)
- Strong cocktail knowledge & customer service skills
- Must be 21 with valid TABC permit
- Bonus points if you speak both espresso and mezcal
- Able to stand for long stretches of time
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:
