**Corporate HSE Management Leader**
This role requires a seasoned leader to support the strategic development of health and safety culture, risk mitigation, and performance across 8 global distribution centers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a strategic roadmap for implementing new technologies to improve risk mitigation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on control measures for Powered Industrial Vehicles, Dock Safety, and warehouse Material Handling Safety.
- Support the development of HSE procedures and tools to ensure conformance with ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards.
- Benchmark externally with industry peers and develop relationships with key suppliers.
**Requirements**
- Demonstrated role competence required; a relevant health, safety, or environmental discipline degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in a HSE management role, required.
- Experience in Logistics/Distribution Centers HSE management preferred.
