The Account Manager is expected to run client facing and internal status meetings. This position is both customer-facing and internal. The Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service, and assuring outstanding results for clients.

Essential Functions
- Assist with the creation and management of projects to support ongoing client activities
- Track the completion of scheduled report documentation by the Account Management department
- Support all other Atomic Data teams in the resolution of client issues
- Run and prepare monthly requested client reports
- Work to establish a positive working relationship with management team of clients
- Conduct reoccurring scheduled meetings with clients
- Anticipate future needs of the organization and pursue related learning
- Responsible for creating and managing client annual budgets
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to influence others
- Highly organized, with strong self-management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate proficiently.
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic work environment and maintain focus on delivering results.
- Proven record of coordinating process and procedure dynamics
