Job Summary
As a Front Desk/Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive environment for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival
- Checking clients in and out efficiently
- Scheduling client appointments and managing the appointment calendar
- Actively reaching out to past clients through calls, texts, and emails to check in and reschedule
- Following up with leads to encourage them to try our studio
- Answering phone calls, texts and emails promptly and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Help create flyers for marketing for the studio (a plus, but not necessary)
- Light office cleaning and help where needed around the office/studio
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in computer software, including scheduling systems and Microsoft Office and Canva
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for health and wellness
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, but not required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
