What are the responsibilities and job description for the QC Inspector position at Atomica?

Summary: Perform material and wafer inspections, upload and evaluate data, release and ship product, audit processes and systems in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect wafers from various products
- Map and upload data to Infinity SPC system
- Create MES lots and ship wafers
- Audit materials, processes and systems
- Receive and verify incoming materials and chemicals
- Verify and refine inspection criteria
- Evaluate product data and release product
- Measure and evaluate environmental conditions in the cleanroom
- Support training of technicians and inspectors
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clean room environment
- Minimum 1 year of auditing internal processes
- Good knowledge of interpreting, developing and improving written instructions
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO/TS 16949 quality systems
- Completed Internal Auditor and Infinity SPC training courses
- Completed Eyelit MES and AM internal training courses
- Completed applicable FDA internal training courses
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good working knowledge of Eyelit MES and AM modules
- US person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations

Compensation:
$20-$30 per hour.
