Driveshaft Rebuilder
Working Hours: Monday through Thursday 6am to 4:30pm
Job Summary/Objective of Job
Driveshaft Rebuilders are responsible for the building, repairing, and diagnosing of various drive shaft make and models.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Assess condition of drive shafts as they’re received
- Troubleshoot drive shafts to determine proper diagnoses
- Evaluate the needed amount of parts and labor to be factored
- Disassemble and assemble units as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude/ experience
- Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable of safe work practices required in the department
- Ability to remain goal-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate/prioritize/organize

Physical Demands
- Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, and Pulling: Regularly required to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 80 lbs. This may involve moving equipment, supplies, or other heavy items.
- Frequent Walking and Kneeling: The role involves a significant amount of walking and kneeling, often on various surfaces, which may include uneven or rough terrain.
