Job Description:

 Atosa USA, Inc. is seeking a talented Automation Engineer/Software Developer to join our in-house service team, with a primary focus on automation in commercial kitchen equipment. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems that drive automation and improve the efficiency of our internal teams. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to understand requirements, develop and test code, and deploy software solutions tailored to the automation of our equipment. 

Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications that focus on automating commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Collaborate with service department managers, including warranty service and smart kitchen services, to gather requirements and implement automation solutions.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify areas where automation can improve efficiency and drive enhancements in software applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging automation technologies and industry trends to incorporate the latest innovations into our products.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation software with hardware components.
  • Debug and resolve software issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of automated systems.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C , Java, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with smart kitchen technologies, IoT, and integrating software with hardware components is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
