Requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead branch and conduct the day-to-day operations for company’s commercial kitchen equipment whole business.
- Collaborate with different departments to maintain performance and solve any problems emerging in order processing.
- Set rules, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules, budgets and plans for the team to keep the facility working efficiently in daily operations.
- Control inventory by maintaining sufficient stock for each model and requesting shipment from the factory overseas such as in China and Thailand.
- Meet with cross-functional teams to discuss possible methods to make operational processes more efficient and solve any existing problems.
- Work with customers and analyze user experiences to support the design department with product upgrading.
- Periodically report to headquarters the branch status and overall performance, and propose suggestions aiming at reducing cost of business process and facility operations.
- Analyze branch sales data by utilizing Excel and Tableau to support sales team with a better view of branch status.
- Manage the branch team, Interview candidates and train new employees to help them get familiar with the team and company.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related
- 1 year experience in commercial kitchen equipment wholesale business; and analyzing sales data by utilizing Excel and Tableau
