We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a very important client.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Large scale asset management, inventory management, procurement, planning, shipping, and distribution
  • Event planning / support (Equipment setup, logistics, customer interactions, problem resolution)
  • Customer success (Design and own the customer journey, allocate tools, resources, and engage daily with EEP team members needing support.)
  • Communicate with key partners, including Facilities, global shipping & receiving, external catering / event vendors, Exec. Admin team globally.
  • Calendaring

Being an admin is about crafting and executing well thought out user experiences, and requires planning and critical thinking skills to solve problems. This role requires the individual to work independently in a fast paced environment with very little margin for error.
