What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Writer position at ATR International?
Primary responsibilities:
· Evaluate and optimize work instruction and training content.
· Create pictorial content to facilitate execution of process.
· Observe execution of process and interview personnel to ensure Accuracy.
· Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively to obtain feedback
· Route documents for feedback and approval.
· Follow-up and track status. Publish reports.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Creates, develops, plans, writes and edits operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia, webbased publications and user sites; may produce content for embedded user assistance technology. Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation. Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/or webbased documents for nontechnical and technical users. May document engineering processes and specifications. Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements. Produces products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards.
Must Have
1. Investigation and root cause analysis skills,
2. Technical writing knowledge,

4. Process Validation and Computer software validation knowledge
