- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in strategic marketing, branding, or advertising roles.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, data-driven decision-making, and marketing analytics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
- Develop and execute the vision, identity, and long-term strategy for brand positioning.
- Oversee brand performance using key sales and channel metrics.
- Collaborate on creative marketing materials to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across programmatic display, video advertising, direct mail, radio, print, and outdoor media.
- Build customer-centric media plans to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on strategy, on time, and on budget.
- Analyze campaign data to ensure monthly performance targets for acquisition and return on investment are met and optimize opportunities.
- Provide campaign wrap-up analysis on qualified inquiries, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across programmatic display, video advertising, direct mail, radio, print, and outdoor media.
- Build customer-centric media plans to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on strategy, on time, and on budget.
- Develop and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial plans.
- Track budget pacing and optimize allocations based on performance data.
- Stay current with industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements to identify opportunities.
- Innovate branding and advertising approaches to adapt to evolving competitive landscapes.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
