- Assist Clinical Director in program management
- Provide direct clinical services and assessments
- Manage crises and offer clinical support
- Work with male identified youth in a secure setting
- Conduct therapy groups and assist with intakes
- Master's degree in human services or related field (license eligible)
- 2 years of experience with at-risk youth
- Strong clinical skills in assessment and crisis management
