About the Role
Centerboard in Lynn, in collaboration with Eliot Behavioral Health, is seeking a licensed Clinician (LCSW/LMHC) to provide clinical support to children and families at the Family Resource Center. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation skills, a deep understanding of community resources, and the ability to develop relationships with local schools and court systems. Bilingual communication skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships and processes for FRC services, ensuring integration with the school and court systems served by the FRC.
- Conduct trauma-informed intake, screening, and assessments for families experiencing CRA-related issues, in conjunction with the Family Partner.
- Complete the modified CANS, along with other necessary assessments to address supplemental behavioral needs.
- Manage the development and implementation of the Family Support Plan, ensuring integration with other clinical and support services at the FRC.
- Lead parenting and community groups as assigned, including FRC Parenting group sessions.
- Provide clinical support to FRC staff and ensure that Family Partner services are seamlessly integrated within other services provided at the FRC.
- Engage in community outreach activities as assigned, promoting FRC services and building relationships within the community.
- Ensure that the School Liaison develops and maintains processes for connecting with each school served in the FRC catchment area.
- Complete other tasks or job assignments as required, including obtaining any necessary training for the role and fulfilling multi-cultural awareness orientation as mandated by Centerboard or FRC.
Competencies and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- License to practice as a clinician (LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC) or working towards obtaining licensure.
- CANS certified.
- Required to pass initial competency evaluation as well as continued assessments of professional development and future trainings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000, plus a 6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
