Responsibilities:
Organize and execute orientation for new Admissions team members in conjunction with facility protocol.
Analyze data, anticipate trends, develop strategies, and report on future changes to meet and exceed company/ facility targets.
Prepare and submit relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner
Oversee implementation of facility Annual Referral Source Satisfaction Survey for all facilities within assigned region
Facilitate the recruitment of Medical Directors and /or Physician Advisors in conjunction with the Director of Operations and VP Sales and Marketing
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports, information and developing appropriate strategic activities to overcome adverse changes.
Conduct coaching ride-along with facility staff focusing on assessing and improving the sales skills of each team member.
Coordinates advertising strategy and program with facility Marketing Team Members, Director of Operations, and VP Sales and Marketing
Responsible for meeting/exceeding census goals for assigned market. Should manage referral customer relationships in accordance with the facilities business development plan.
Extensive travel is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet)
Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
One to three years of Business Development experience, preferably in Long Term Care setting
Valid Driver’s License
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Positive Can-Do Attitude
Excellent Attendance
