Responsibilities: Supervise Facilities' daily maintenance functions Ensure equipment and utilities are maintained in good working order and facility grounds are properly maintained Maintain required records, manage budgets and supplies QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in maintenance for a healthcare facility, preferred Able to respond to emergencies and be on-call Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations Positive Can-Do Attitude Excellent Attendance We are Atrium Centers, and we invite you to see what we’re all about.
