Job Summary

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Utilize systems to track maintenance activities and inventory.
- Read and understand system layouts and components.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as required, maintaining aesthetic standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience supervising teams or projects is advantageous.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is desirable but not mandatory.
