Salary / Hourly Rate :
120k - $135k plus Bonus
Position Overview :
The Auditor, Field Manager will execute asset-based field examinations, including analytic and auditing tasks, documenting and evaluating controls, and implementing test work. This role will lead field work and interact directly with borrowers and the financial institution credit team. The Auditor, Field Manager should be able to travel up to 25% of the time and be located near an airport for quick access to urgent needs of customers.
Responsibilities of the Auditor, Field Manager :
- Conducts pre-loan surveys, pre-funding examinations, and rotational field and collateral monitoring examinations.
- Reviews asset-based borrower's collateral records and financial reports.
- Determines the financial status of potential borrowers.
- Focuses on accounts receivable, inventory, or other assets supporting the Borrowing Bases.
- Performs and documents audit activities.
- Analyzes and validates information by detail testing.
- Evaluates accounting system controls and data integrity.
- Verifies that collateral is being reported and managed.
- Documents findings / results concerning the operating procedures and compliance with the covenants of financial institutions and commercial lenders.
- Prepares clear and concise high-level written exam reports highlighting areas of risk and exposure, material variances, conclusions reached from testing results, and related recommendations for improvement.
- Serves as the primary client contact on engagements and liaises with banks for project funding.
