Salary / Hourly Rate :
110,000 - $115,000 bonus
Position Overview :
The Client Services Manager will partner closely with the Client Service Lead on daily operations for a variety of clients. The Client Services Manager should be self-motivated and is strong at building relationships. This Client Services Manager must have 4-7 years of financial management experience.
Responsibilities of the Client Services Manager :
- Manage client service, daily operations, and a variety of ad hoc projects
- Oversee the coordination, implementation, and completion of a variety of disparate services for clients
- Review letters of instruction, accountant applications, manager agreements, and fund subscription documents
- Oversee quarterly reporting process and create client letters
- Build relationships both internally and externally
- Offer solutions to a variety of client needs
- Serve as a mentor for the Associates and Senior Associates on operational duties
- Manage and coordinate workflows
