Our client is a large organization that helps people with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or any long term health conditions stay at home and choose their caretakers. They are seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support their team.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
20-22 per hour
Position Overview :
The Enrollment Coordinator will provide a high level of customer service while enrolling Medicaid recipients into the program for VA. This position requires candidates to live in VA and work onsite 5 days / week.
Responsibilities of the Enrollment Coordinator :
- Receive and process new individual referrals for participant-directed
- Assists employers with enrollment process, including completing paperwork and obtaining all necessary documentation
- Schedules appointments to ensure program enrollment is completed quick and efficiently
- Explain and educate employees the roles and responsibilities for participation in at home services
