Client Overview :
Our client, a start-up in the AI space, is seeking Loan Processors to join their team on a contract basis. Candidates will work remotely most days but must live within a 60-mile radius of Columbus, OH.
Salary / Hourly Rate :
25 / hr - $30 / hr DOE
Position Overview :
The Loan Processors will work to build the mortgage lending team, ensuring that the loan applications make it through the process from start to finish. Loan Processors will be the first point of contact for customers throughout the borrowing process. This role is 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities of the Loan Processors :
- The Loan Processor will manage the loan application process from start to finish.
- Manage incoming call and email requests from customers and help troubleshoot.
- Identify process improvements and work with the internal teams to make changes to the workflow.
- Provide white glove customer service via phone and email.
