- Collaborate with design, buying, and marketing teams to coordinate assortment strategies and prioritize key product categories.
- Analyze historical sales data to establish benchmarks and guide planning decisions.
- Generate precise sales and inventory forecasts across multiple channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
- Monitor sales trends and make real-time adjustments to optimize sell-through and meet customer demands.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the merchandise portfolio and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels by managing stock flow to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Implement markdown strategies to maintain profit margins and minimize aged inventory.
- Partner with supply chain teams to align product deliveries with sales objectives.
