BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH US
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for a range of IT functions including end-user support, complex troubleshooting, proactive system maintenance, and execution of initiatives to expand the department’s capabilities and efficiencies. You will also have the opportunity to:
- Provide IT technical support to employees and customers
- Utilize a ticketing system for support
- Keep up-to-date documentation of hardware and software assets
- Specify, order, and configure IT equipment such as PC’s, servers, switches, and routers
- Develop and deploy standardized computer images and software packages
- Maintain Active Directory objects and Global Policy Objects (GPO)
- Support Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
- Identify, propose, and implement efficiency gaining projects/initiatives

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCES THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Associate degree or higher in IT or IT-related field
- Equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications
- Proven troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Must possess fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networks
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Experience managing Windows Active Directory infrastructure
- In-depth understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
JOB DETAILS YOU SHOULD KNOW
- Base salary is based on experience and tenure
- This is a full time, exempt position. Typical work days are Monday-Friday
- This position involves working in an office environment with extensive use of keyboard, monitor, mouse, and other IT peripheral equipment. Occasional moving heavy computer equipment (up to 50-lbs) may be required.
- Position in based in office and does not require extensive travel
