Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze member feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with sales inquiries and promote membership benefits effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date member records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience.
- Maintain a well-organized office environment to support efficient operations.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or client services role is preferred.
