Your Daily Missions:
- Delve into technical documentation – drawings, schematics, manuals – ensuring all parts are available and any special equipment is prepped for the job.
- Keep the work order backlog organized and prioritized, maintaining a readiness percentage that never drops below 80%.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, updating job plans for enhanced accuracy.
- Partner with Production in weekly meetings to prioritize tasks and adapt plans as necessary.
- Spearhead the creation of a comprehensive weekly schedule that maximizes technician hours.
- Champion work order planning effectiveness by leveraging maintenance metrics.
- Preserve crucial records and files for insightful maintenance reports.
- Cultivate CMMS proficiency among site employees, ensuring system integrity and proper use.

What We Seek:
- A technical Associate Degree, complemented by 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or a mix of technician experience.
- An innate ability to foster professional relationships and inspire teamwork.
- Desirable enhancements include leadership aspirations, job plan development experience, and certifications – CMRP, Green Belt, STS.
