Location: Tampa, FL
Job Description:
ATSG is seeking a Field IT Analyst to join our team employing a dynamic customer service focus. This position is an onsite position at our client’s location in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for local and centralized systems throughout Florida
- Work to ensure timely resolution and communication of hardware requests
- Assist in resolving support requests across all client facilities
- Acts as shift and after hours on-call point of escalation for supported locations
- Catalog and manage IT inventory assets
- Image and Deploy client's workstations
- Align with local leaders to identify opportunities for innovation in IT Infrastructure
- Develop and publish knowledgebase articles to assist helpdesk staff address incidents
- Contribute to overall team effort in achievement of established SLA’s
- Consistently meet and exceed established benchmarks in performance set forth by management for respective role
- Provide feedback to Management on local business objectives and maintenance windows
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent experience
- Broad skillset with the following technologies:
- Windows Desktop troubleshooting
- Network administration (add, move, change)
- Device Management Tools (Intune, MDT, Etc..)
- Active Directory
- Cloud computing awareness
- Awareness of contemporary software application technologies and IT service methodologies.
- Successful problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work within a diverse environment.
- Passion for customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
