Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and uphold our customer-first culture.
- As our internet lending specialists, you will answer all customer questions across our various offerings and help customers find the best product for their needs.
- Identify and/or support initiatives to enhance client's experience with their online and loan by phone applications.
- Accuracy is key in our industry, so using our proprietary systems you will track and document all key information and forms required.
Hours of Operation (Eastern): Monday – Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Position: Remote
Qualifications
What you should have:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (within a call center environment is considered an asset).
- Minimum educational requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of PCs, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are an asset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability and experience providing service to Clients utilizing a computer/POS system requiring data entry.
- Ability to multi-task, work well with others, and take direction as necessary.
- A willingness and desire to learn from the best in the industry and apply your learning's to support your customers throughout the customer life cycle.
- Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. You must be able to work full-time based on your assigned shift, including having the flexibility and willingness to work rotational shifts based on business needs and special circumstances.
- Ability to work in a quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you'll appreciate the quiet)
- Must be hardwired to your home modem using the provided ethernet cable and be able to meet the minimum work-from-home requirements (including hi-speed internet in your home with minimum 50 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload speeds).
Job Type: Full Time
Hourly: $17.00- $21.00
The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the provincial average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our RRSP/DPSP program once you have completed 3 months of employment with a company match.
