What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Assistant Manager position at ATTC Manufacturing?
ATTC Manufacturing, a Tier 2 automotive supplier, is seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant Manager. The position is located in Tell City, IN but will have responsibility for managing both our Tell City and Jeffersonville, IN locations. Established in 2000, ATTC specializes in machining brake drums, brake rotors, steering knuckles, carriers, and differential cases.
As the Building Maintenance Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the oversight of daily maintenance of the facility and systems which include, but are not limited to, HVAC, water, primary building electrical, compressors, chilled water system, ground maintenance and any other facility related maintenance as required.
The successful candidate will have the following: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 3 years’ experience in Building Maintenance; excellent computer skills; exceptional planning and leadership skills; and great communication and interpersonal skills. The person in this position must also be hands-on in the plant, have strong organizational skills and be self-motivated.
