Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Attentive Care Inc. to develop professional relationships with established community organizations throughout Burlington ,Camden, Gloucester ,and Salem counties
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth.
- Maintain and grow current referral sources while establishing new referral lines.
- Educate the community about our services
- Participate in community networking event as necessary.
- Maintain positive relationship
- Follow up with email correspondence regarding referrals status and assistance when possible .
- Communicating with Attentive Care Inc. team regarding new client referral and paperwork.
- Enroll new clients onto services
- Field care management as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare sector.
- Strong customer relationship management skills
