Role and Responsibilities :
Role :
The Accounting Associate reports to the Finance Manager, supporting day-to-day financial operations of the company. This position ensures accounting records accuracy, facilitates timely payments / receipts, prepares reports, supports audits, manages financial transactions, ensures compliance with company policies, and contributes to the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date general ledger (GL) entries.
- Processes and manages accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Assists in payroll processing and verification.
- Prepares monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Assists with tax preparation and filings.
- Reconciles bank statements and cash accounts.
- Monitors and manages company credit cards.
- Assists in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Supports the preparation and facilitation of internal and external audits.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Manages and tracks fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
- Assists in vendor and contract management.

Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm
Salary Range : $75k to $85k
Pay Structure : Salary Bonus
