Your Role
We are seeking a full-time Office Manager who embodies professionalism and positivity. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a collegial, efficient work environment, coordinating between firm management and staff, and driving our firm's operational success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison for all non-legal issues between firm management and employees.
- Oversee daily operations, prioritizing support staff, facilities, and information systems.
- Manage equipment, facilities, and office service requirements.
- Participate in the strategic planning process to identify and accomplish organizational goals.
- Implement operational and HR policies to ensure quality services.
- Handle onboarding, training, supervision, and recruitment of non-attorney staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage HR concerns, including staff discipline and terminations.
- Organize firm-wide events to foster morale and collegiality.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- A minimum of 8 years in office management, with law firm experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR procedures and laws.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a commitment to excellent service.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant experience also considered.
- Competitive salary range: $100k - $120k, depending on experience.
- 21 personal days, accruing ratable over the year.
