- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Is customer-service oriented, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Brings a friendly, engaging, and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Has 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting (preferred but not required).
- Is detail-oriented, self-aware, and driven to assist those affected by negligence.
- Our receptionist will play a key role in firm events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities, aligning with our core values and engaging in community activities.
- Client Interaction: Warmly welcome clients and manage professional interactions.
- Phone Management: Efficiently answer, transfer, and manage calls with courtesy.
- Mail and Document Handling: Sort, scan, and organize mail and important documents.
- Administrative Support: Oversee scheduling, manage calendar events, draft correspondence, and support the legal intake team.
- Assist Lawyers: Provide thorough administrative backing, including file organization and deadline management.
