What You Will Do In This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for creation of professional design deliverables that are consistent with the Atticus brand. You will collaborate closely with the communications team to execute print and digital materials from concept to finish. With a primary focus on print design, this role will center around layout composition, vector illustrations, and large format projects such as brochures, product and event logos, and trade show displays. This role will report to the Creative Director.

What You Will Do In This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for creation of professional design deliverables that are consistent with the Atticus brand. This role will report to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with communications team to concept, design, and execute creative communication materials while ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Create design visuals and user experiences that communicate the Atticus brand and inspire, inform, or captivate internal and external audiences
- Design logos and icons as needed for product launches, corporate events, and presentations
- Design large-format graphics for trade show backdrops, event displays, and sponsorships
- Scale visuals across multiple project elements and channel platforms to produce cohesive and brand-accurate campaigns
- Prepare final files based on supplied specifications from media or business partners and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
- Coordinate suitable design tasks with graphic designers and review design drafts to ensure brand consistency and file accuracy
- Deliver design guidance and professional mentorship to graphic design team
- Prioritize assignments based on immediate needs and follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field and 7 years of experience in graphic design or related role
- Solid knowledge of design processes and adept Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office skills
- Strong design eye and understanding of color schemes, fonts, and shapes that create a professional design
- Organizational skills with superior attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strong initiative and sense of urgency
- Must possess effective and proactive communication skills
