Corporate Securities Attorney Contract to Hire

Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on various corporate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in corporate securities law to contribute to our organization's success.Responsibilities : Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate issues.Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and other legal matters.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.Experience with Regulated Crowdfunding SEC.Experience with drafting and filing documents for the SEC and State Administrative Filing procedures.Represent the company in negotiations and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.Experience : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar association.Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of corporate law principles, regulations, and best practices.Proficiency in conducting legal research using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis.Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements.If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for corporate law and are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
