We’re Attorney Fuel — a bold legal SaaS and consulting platform helping firms automate, grow, and operate like pros. We’ve worked with over 23,000 law firms, and we’re scaling fast. Now we need a Customer Success Manager who can lead new clients through their first 30 days like a total boss.
What You'll Be Doing
- Onboard law firms and walk them through setup, wins, and integrations
- Be their go-to during onboarding — calm, clear, and solutions-focused
- Manage tickets and help desk responses with professionalism and speed
- Gather insights to help us improve the product and customer experience
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 2 years of experience with legal intake processes or law firm software
- Can juggle multiple clients and still follow up like a champ
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments
- Communicates like a pro and genuinely loves helping people
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Background in customer experience, onboarding, or portfolio management
- CRM or SaaS experience
- Help desk or ticketing system knowledge
