Position Summary:
The ideal candidate is someone that is or is willing to be a "jack of all trades, master of none" in the Marketing world. Someone that is a forward thinker and can think outside the box, is excellent at multi-tasking, and does not require to be micro-managed. Must also have a background in CMS-managed websites, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics. They must be proficient in all MS Office tools, and knowledgeable with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and basic HTML. Must also have solid copywriting skills for social, web, and traditional media platforms. This candidate will report to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
· Assist in developing and implementing marketing programs that drive sales and include messaging, competitive analysis, content marketing, events, sponsorships, direct marketing, digital campaigns and account-based marketing.
· Report on key performance metrics; monitor, measure and communicate results of marketing tactics. Use metrics analysis to drive future planning.
· Assist with the firm's website functions, content and development to ensure it represents the depth of legal services provided by the Firm and reflects the Firm's professional image.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Digital marketing mindset and the basic understanding of online SEO/PPC
· Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
· Familiarity with Salesforce
· Knowledge with social media platforms, advertisement capabilities and features
· Understanding of website platforms; content management, functions, and features

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
