As patients ourselves, we saw the med spa industry needed disruption. We are rapidly expanding locations across Connecticut and the northeast U.S., with plans to launch our brand nationally by mid-2025. We are currently seeking an experienced and talented full-time Content and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.


Job Overview

This is a growth-oriented role ideal for a college student or recent graduate who is passionate about marketing and eager to develop their skills while contributing to our mission. Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (preferred fields: Marketing, Communications, or similar).
  • Proficient in Canva, Figma, CapCut (or other video editing tools) for content creation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Klaviyo) is a plus.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, Create, and Schedule Social Media Content: Develop compelling and visually engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Utilize design tools like Canva, Figma, or similar software to create on-brand graphics, promotional materials, and engaging visuals that align with marketing objectives.
  • Capture and Edit Engaging Photo & Video Content: Shoot high-quality photos and videos tailored for social media engagement. Edit and enhance content using tools like CapCut and InShot to create polished and professional posts, reels, and stories that showcase our services, promotions, and events.
  • Assist in Email Marketing Campaigns: Support the creation and execution of email campaigns designed to promote services, upcoming events, and seasonal offers. Work on email design, copywriting, and scheduling to optimize audience engagement and conversions.
  • Manage Online Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels daily, engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and actively participate in conversations to build strong relationships with our audience. Ensure timely and professional communication that reflects the brand’s tone and values.
  • Coordinate Influencer Outreach & Collaborations: Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators for potential collaborations. Maintain communication, track partnerships, and ensure deliverables align with campaign goals.
  • Brainstorm & Execute Content Strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies that align with brand objectives. Participate in content planning meetings and contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and storytelling approaches.
  • Stay Ahead of Social Media Trends & Best Practices: Continuously research and stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives & Events: Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives such as photoshoots, special events, and strategic partnerships. Coordinate logistics, support on-site content creation, and contribute to promotional efforts that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
