We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. Mechanically inclined individuals and car enthusiasts are especially encouraged to apply, as this role involves assisting customers with technical product information and understanding their automotive needs.
Requirements :
Answer incoming calls and emails, fulfilling the inquiry or directing to the appropriate person.
Order entry and processing in QuickBooks
Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouse and logistics providers
Monitor and track deliveries of customer shipments
Create shipping labels with appropriate carriers
Freight Quotes
Creating invoices in QuickBooks
Sales Order verifications
Creating of customer master file
Apply payments to invoices in QuickBooks
Customer communication
Issue RMA-Return Merchandise Authorization
Support outside sales team to build positive relationships with customers
Ability to describe product features and specifications
Cross selling alternate products where appropriate.
Comfortable with making outbound sales calls.
Assist in reports preparation.
Must be strongly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
Build rapport with clients
Independent ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with a variety of individuals, with a positive and professional attitude
Credit memo creation
Return credit review
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Company.

Job Qualifications :
ideal candidate should have 2 years experience in customer service or sales of durable goods, rather than services.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
