We’re seeking experienced Project Manager(s) to join our growing team. This role will oversee key projects around the nation ensuring smooth construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contractor Relations: Build and maintain relationships, ensuring clear communication and resolving project challenges.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage project timelines, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Supplier Relations: Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Invoicing & Financial Management: Oversee budgets, process invoices, and manage project expenses.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges like delays or resource shortages and find solutions to keep projects on track.
Pipeline Management: Balance current projects and forecast future opportunities.
Customer Service: Address concerns, and provide timely updates to clients.
Team Leadership: Guide on-site teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with goals and company standards.
